Custom metal stamp HOW TO ORDER: - You should send high-resolution black and white logo in JPEG, PNG through Ebay message or a VECTOR file in PDF format to the email address after purchasing. - Black areas of your logo will be raised on a stamp. - A logo can be small enough (from 2 mm) but lines of that logo must not be less than 0.2 millimeter in thickness. - ONE INCH = 25.4 mm HOW TO USE: - You should place your blanks to a solid flat surface (an anvil e.g.) - Then put the stamp perpendicular to the blank and make a strong accurate blow by a heavy hammer. - If you don't have enough power to make it, ask someone else to do it or use a press. SPECIFICATIONS: - A length of stamps' steel rod: from 100 mm. - The stamps' steel is hardened. - Stamps are made by deep laser engraving (the depth is 0.8-1.2 mm), they made of carbon steel U8A or W108 (AISI) with hardness 54-58 HRCe. - A steel rod has a special cross-hatching for comfortable hold at punch. - That is high-quality product made by using laser technology in Ukraine (stamps have high-resolution, high-quality and precision of lines).
