Hello there, This ring is a real understated beauty! It’s the kind of ring that can stand on its own or be paired with another favorite. There are 11 small diamonds in a channel setting in 10 karat gold. This ring is an 8 1/4. It’s quite likely this is vintage or at least has been around for a bit.
