Claims can take two weeks to process. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to Ideal Fashions and the replacement item(s) will be shipped out. Returns Returns RETURN POLICY Items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. All return items must be received at our warehouse and inspected before a refund can be processed.
