Paid for Items cannot be Combined Returns We accept returns up to 30 days from the date you receive the item(s).  We don’t accept the following for refund.  Any Mounting which you’ve attempted to set.  All items must be in their original baggies or packaging and in the condition you’ve received it.  Items Damaged in Shipping JammingGems.com does not ship Damaged items.  If you item is damaged in shipping you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item(s).  Keep all your packaging. Throw nothing away as you may need it for the claim.  Contact us from the link on the item or through your MyEBay page, with URGENT in the subject and we will help you take care of your claim.  Please be patient as the hands of the Postal Service does not work quickly on a claim. Items Not Received Please check your My eBay® page for the delivery confirmation number. There’s one on every package we ship.  Also check your Email inbox and spam folder, as we sent you an email with all your delivery confirmation information the day we shipped your item.  Our office hours: 10-4 central time (m-f)  We can  always be reached though eBay Messaging. We are closed Weekends and Holidays.  The post office does not consider a package lost for 20 business days past the ship date. Prior to this amount of time there isn’ t much we can do, as far as a claim goes. We have had many items, over the years, show up on the last day prior to being able to file a claim. Good news, they lose very few packages a year. On average they only lose 1 of our packages a year  Please be patient as once we hand it to them, it is out of our control as we rely on them to make the delivery Taxes and Duty TN.
