Our new “BLUE MAX” Maltese Cross is based on the “Pour le Merite” medal established in 1740 by King Frederick II of Prussia. Made of SOLID Sterling Silver with a ‘925’ stamp in the back, it is inlayed with natural turquoise. The PENDANT measures apx. 0.6 inch (15mm) square and is gently convex with a maximum front-to back measurement of 0.19 inch (or 4.8mm), and offers a full ‘drop’ of 1 1/16 inch (26.9mm).
