Fine Antique VICTORIAN Solid 18k Gold PIETRA DURA Mosaic Floral MOURNING PENDANT

A pretty antique Victorian solid 18k gold pietra dura floral mourning pendant, dating to circa 1875. This beautiful antique Victorian solid 18k yellow gold closed-back mourning pendant shows a very pretty pietra dura agate bouquet of white, red and blue flowers including sweet little forget-me-nots with surrounding leaves all set into a black agate ground, the pietra dura double framed with an exterior frame decorated with eye catching gold wire and bead work, the pendant with a built in bail-a lovely pendant! The pendant is unmarked and tests for 18k gold. The pendant measures approximately 1 1/4 x 7/8 inches including the bail and is about 4mm thick. The pendant weighs approximately 5.0 grams.
