It comes with a box, papers, and sleeve as shown. Please look at the photos as they are part of the description. Note the tiny blemish on the left side of the titanium case which I have circled in red on the last photo. The watch is running. I will pull the screw-down crown out to the stop position for shipping. You will need to set the watch and push the crown back in to start it running. A new battery was installed approximately 10 months ago.
