Gorgeous vintage Juliana (Delizza & Elster) brooch from the 1960s, featuring deep sapphire-blue keystone cut glass rhinestones in a starburst design. Center is ringed with aurora borealis rhinestones surrounding a large round faceted blue center rhinestone. Silver-tone metal mounting, secure roll-over pin clasp on reverse.
