To qualify for return and/or exchange, item must be in brand new, unworn condition, with no signs of use or wear (i.e. damage or scuffing) and include all accessories. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless we are at fault. Items found to be defective upon arrival (DOA) can be exchanged for a new replacement. Size Exchanges (Domestic): We do not charge for first domestic exchanges (one per household).
