VINTAGE STYLE TOP QUALITY 14MM YELLOW GOLD PLATED STEEL WATCH STRAP BUCKLE, NEW

Hello, thank you for visiting my store! My name is Attila Aszodi and I specialize in crafting high-end handmade watch straps for rare vintage and collectible watches. I am proud to introduce my line of 14mm watch strap buckles, that I had exclusively made for my company. The design is based on various vintage buckles that I found over the years on vintage watches and their accompanying straps. Although there are similar designs in variable configurations on the market, I wanted to create a 14mm buckle that would be second to none in quality and comfort. Since making custom straps is my full time work, it is imperative that the buckles that I provide with my straps are the very best that one can find. Please note that my buckles are available in 14MM ONLY (stainless steel, rose and yellow gold plated stainless steel), which is the standard size for most vintage style watch straps. Unless you are lucky enough to have have an original 14mm buckle for your vintage style strap and watch, you?ll know that well made 14mm buckles are almost impossible to find, especially in yellow gold plated and rose gold plated stainless steel. Buckles are solid stainless steel, including the yellow and rose gold plated versions and feature a classic tapered shape, that is reminiscent of buckles that were commonly used from the 1930?s through the 60?s. The attractive flared shape and curved profile is optimized by smooth rounded edges on the the top and bottom which is designed for ultimate comfort. These buckles won?t cut into the wrist as many others do and features attention to detail and quality throughout, top and bottom! The ergonomically friendly profile and contours make them a pleasure to wear and easy to strap due to the particular curvature of the tang. The buckles have a nice weight to them, the plating is solid and designed to outlast most aftermarket and even OEM buckles. The springbars are thick, solid and among the best you will find. The strong tension of the spring inspires confidence that the buckle will stay in place, as intended. This is crucial, as the springbars usually represent the weakest link of any strap and poorly made bars will often result in a watch coming undone and drop to the ground. This listing is for the yellow gold plated stainless steel. Rose gold plated and stainless steel variants are also available individually ( see pics) as well as a combo pack that includes all three versions.
