It’s intended to display multiple sets of earrings/jewelry along its wooden rails. The sides seem to be made of a thick cardboard base and are glued on each side. That said they are starting to “peel away” and if you wanted to keep it a Jody Coyote jewelry stand you may wish to reglue these on more securely.
