This is a fabulous maximalist style necklace with nautical flare. It measures 21 inches long and features oblong pendants, tassels, beads, and a matte finish gold tone chain. The pendants hang down up to 4 inches to give you the best of the maximalist world. The hang tag is signed JB, but I’m not familiar enough with Joan Boyce to know her work.
