Each order will include detailed directions along with some useful hints and tips. Orange Shellac is an excellent adhesive for jewelers. This would include engraving and as a chasing cement. Orange Shellac is also excellent and widely used by woodwind repair technicians for clarinet re-padding, saxophone re-padding, and other woodwind re-padding needs. It is very easy to use and store. Simply apply heat to the shellac and melt it while holding components in place. Once the shellac cools, it hardens. It sets up quickly and will not breakdown over time. Re-adjustments can be made simply by reheating the shellac. 3 Oz. is approximately the same amount of shellac as three standard shellac sticks.
