We buy our mounts and chains and set the gemstones ourselves. This item is a NATURAL solitaire heart shaped AMETHYST pendant. It is approximately 2 carats. It is set in 14k yellow gold with an 18" light rope chain with a spring ring closure. The entire pendant is 13.2 mm in length, 6.4 mm deep, 8.4 mm from top to bottom of the heart, and 8 mm wide at the widest point in the heart. The weight of the necklace is 1.81 grams.
