Antique flip ring. Likely late 19th or early 20th century Egyptian revival period. It does have damage- dents on the underside of the scarab and a small piece appears to be missing from one shoulder of the ring (see pics). It is also missing some stones (see pics). I believe it is a size 5. Tests as 18k. No visible hallmarks except a small shape inside the band (see pic). Weighs 4.2 grams. Absolutely beautiful piece. Will never see another like it.
