This antique sterling silver chain is substantial in weight and length. The links are round in shape with a rounded exterior and flat on the inside. They are all soldered closed. Although the length provides it to be simply put over the head, there is a handmade "S" clasp that allows for closure by sliding the flat ring on the opposite side over one the open end.
