These bamboo plugs come in a pair, and are double-flared, ensuring a comfortable and secure fit. If you have recently stretched, you may find you need to wait some time before wearing double flared plugs or tunnels. A good time to switch is in the shower or bath, preferably lubricated with coconut oil, jojoba oil, or vitamin E oil.
