The Kuffät Fäätimä (كفَّات فَاطِمَة) or Kuffat Fatima is a type of traditional Bädäwi (Bedouin) tribal jewelry originating from Bäyt Lähm (Bethlehem), Filästin (Palestine). Typically, these have 30 hamsa pendants, but I have seen less, where they are often replaced by coins and/or beads.
