Necklace is made of 35 grams of graduated irregular amber ; 18" long, with lobster clasp. It is fossilized pine resin (NOT sap, by the way) that dates to 20-50 million years ago! There is a blue clay layer full of amber which is mined with water cannons, transported to a facility where it is cleaned, cut, and mounted in. 925 sterling silver by Polish and Russian artisans into not just jewelry, but works of art.
