©Antique from the 1930s ⑦Gemstone: Garnet ◎Location: Eardrop •Style: Victorian [Length: 32mm; Width: 19.14mm]These earrings are absolutely beautiful, with a cluster design set with rich red Czech garnets. I counted and there are 33 garnets on each earring. The garnets are cut in a rose shape, with vibrant colors and a sparkling luster. The earrings are 19.5 mm in diameter, which is a nice size. They were originally screw backs, but we replaced them with hooks. The earrings are made of garnet gold, which is usually gold-plated on sterling silver. The main body of the earrings is sterling silver with gold plating. Including the hooks, they total 32 mm in length. These earrings weigh 5 grams.
