Up for sale is a 1990s Krieger Velocita chronometer graded Swiss chronograph, originating directly from the estate of legendary American Formula One World Champion Phil Hill. Known for his technical precision and deep appreciation for fine mechanics both on and off the racetrack, this piece aligns perfectly with his legacy. He was honorary race marshal for the 2000 US Grand Prix. He wrote many articles for Road & Track magazine and this was most likely gifted to him by the magazine. This watch is in excellent condition. Judging by the band, he probably wore it a handful of times. Crystal is scratch free. Case, bezel, and even clasp show no scratches. Watch is fully functional. New battery. This comes as a full set.
