As per the strict policy of Rolex Authorized Dealers, full protective stickers were removed when the watch left the Rolex boutique, which may result in minor marks on the case, case back, clasp, and lugs due to handling/storage. This is a common occurrence with new watches, especially in the high-polish areas and parts that come into contact with the factory packaging.
