Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange. All packaging, all tags attached, instructions and warranties, as applicable, must be included with the return or exchange of a watch. If these conditions above are met, and the item is in perfect re-sell-able condition, you can return regular priced merchandise within 30 days from date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Upon receipt of your completed RMA request form, an RMA number will be issued and e-mailed to you with the necessary shipping instructions. No returns will be accepted without a RMA number.
