This amount will be deducted from your refund. INTERNATIONAL We ship worldwide. Your packages may be subject to local customs fees and import duties. RETURNS/REFUNDS We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Chronotiempo Returns and exchanges are permitted within 30 days from the purchase date. Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange. All packaging, all tags attached, instructions and warranties, as applicable, must be included with the return or exchange of a watch. If these conditions above are met, and the item is in perfect re-sell-able condition, you can return regular priced merchandise within 30 days from date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We do not refund shipping charges. Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, Chronotiempo will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Upon receipt of your completed RMA request form, an RMA number will be issued and e-mailed to you with the necessary shipping instructions. No returns will be accepted without a RMA number.
