About the platesThese are steel cutaway heel neck plates, 2" x 2.5" with holes on center at 1", 1.5" and 2". NOTE: Some guitars use neck plates whose left-side screw holes are 1.1" apart - if you're not sure, measure to make sure that you are ordering the correct plate.About the engravingUsing the newest Laser Engraving technology, the plate is etched a fraction of an inch, which turns the metal a rich brown color.
