The head/face of the piece comprises of a central large 5mm Indian Ruby which is then supported by two Accent 2.7mm bright Triangle/Trillion cut Colombian Emeralds on the shoulders. These are Special Cut Emeralds specifically for this piece alone. They really do add such a touch of luxury to this fabulous Large Filigree piece.
