Excellent quality European-made scarce 17mm ends size open-ended leather vintage watch band. This band is by Marcco with a nice cross-hatch pattern on the grey leather and contrasting stitching. New Old Stock in its original box from the 1960s/70s. Perfect option for your fixed-lug watch or will work on a spring bar watch. This is the type of strap where the ends close together with an adhesive that you activate with acetone (nail polish remover) or you can glue the ends together. Made by Marcco, which made some of the best open-ended watch bands for fixed-lug watch models. This strap measures 7 3/8 inches long (18.5cm) when placed end to end, not counting the buckle, with the ends closed. Metric measurements of the two pieces are 113/72mm. Unpadded, flat type strap. Thickness is 4.3mm where the band meets the watch and 1.8mm at the tail end. Buckle end is 14mm with a gold-colored buckle (or you can request a silver-colored one instead). Same 17mm band is available black and in other ends sizes.
